Saint Petersburg became interested in technology of Vladimir entrepreneurs

On 1st August, 2014, RM Nanotech was visited by a delegation of Saint Petersburg.

Relations between the two regions were boosted a year ago during the Days of Saint Petersburg in Vladimir Oblast. From 18th to 19th July, 2014, Vladimir Oblast held the Days of Vladimir Oblast in Saint Petersburg. This event was remarkable not only for the business community, but also for rank-and-file residents of the city on the Neva.
At present, Saint Petersburg and Vladimir Oblast are actively cooperating in trade, economic, humanitarian and cultural spheres.

The business relations were logically continued by a visit to Europe’s largest plant in Vladimir, which manufactures nanostructured fabric and roll elements for industrial water treatment.
The delegation included representatives of Vladimir Oblast Administration; D.Y. Mironov, Vice Chairman, Committee for Industrial Policies and Innovations, Saint Petersburg; S.V. Zhurkina, Director, Department for Information, CIS Countries and RF Regions, Committee for External Relations, Saint Petersburg; D.M. Silakov, Manager, Research and Production Complex, JSC Avangard; M.M. Skachkov, Director General, Saint Petersburg Association of Radioelectronics and Instrument-making Enterprises; and representatives of other companies.

ZAO RM Nanotech’s products interested the employees of Saint Petersburg’s RPC Avangard, a leading developer of innovative technologies and manufacturer of radioelectronic and microsystem engineering products. The company’s industrial cycle includes the use of deionised water. It is obtained through a multi-stage treatment process. After the pretreatment stage, water is supplied to a reverse osmosis membrane unit, roll elements for which can be supplied by RM Nanotech plant in Vladimir.

The two companies have similar missions: both aim to meet customer needs to the maximum possible extent and enhance the quality of life. Professionals of one team produce world-level radioelectronics, while those of the other team design accessible membrane technologies. Joint efforts of both teams result in fruitful cooperation and creation of the strong brand “Made in Russia”.
